Property Location is Absolutely breathtaking in the Spring.
Room was dirty. Bathroom floors had dirt all over them. The Shower had hair on the soap dispenser, and drain!

The hotel's location was stunning, in most areas from antiquated lifts to inadaquate equipment to maintain the trails during a snowfall with interesting independent stores and a grocery store within walking distance.

Great resort. Friendly staff. Food was good (though a bit expensive). Very accessibity to the mountain with its own lift. Great view and outdoor and indoor space. Love the ski valet. The resort was built for a positive experience.
It was a bit cold walking to the outdoor pool etc. slippers would be nice along with the robes.

I spent a few days here over Spring Break. We did not make it in time for most of the Easter activities, but my daughter was able to participate in the underwater egg hunt. It was a great way to kick off our trip. The room was great for us- we had a separate living area. From arrival to departure the staff was great- super friendly and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and will def be back!

The resort is close to skiing.
The room we were initially provided was on the 2nd floor, overlooking the rooftops of shops, not necessarily the valley. Because I anticipated this from previous reviews, I called down to the desk and asked to be moved, which they did. The second floor rooms are NOT worth paying over $300 for. The chair lift at the resort was out of order during our stay. The room was clean with the exception of M&M's behind the sofa, which I saw when opening the curtains.

The resort was clean and we liked the kids room with games
I couldn't stand going outside for everything, very inconvenient, they need to cover the shop walkway from the lobby to the rooms and they should never have built the pool so far from the entrance to the rooms.

Hotel is in a good location
We paid for the nicer view room and were placed in a room that looked onto the the a/c units with basically no view. Can hear everything through the walls - people talking next door, sounds of hammering above us.

Staff was very friendly, quick to respond and very helpful!
Neighbors were loud with the adjoining room, thin doors.

Got some unexpected rain. Called pro shop that am to see if course would still be open for my 2pm. tee time. They said yes. Came to find out they weren't allowing use of carts. Not set up for rainy play to walk.. It ruined the whole morning afternoon. Could have made other plans if they told me in the A.M... I was very upset.

A Charming Poolside Escape
The hotel was amazing, especially with the expansive pool area where kids enjoyed the water slide. We loved the bike ride to Palisades Village!
Our room had dirty sheets upon arrival and dining prices seemed steep for the quality we received. A bit of a letdown!
